*New year dishies*

KAZUNOKO says herring egg in English.Herring is NISHIN.
I thought why Japanese says not NISINNOTAMAGO but KAZUNOKO.
I don`t have eat herring egg.I want to eat herring egg.

I love shrimp! I eat shrimp this new year.
I was surprised to hear that surimp looks like old man is bent with age.
I want to eat surimp for my long life from now on.

(Yurie Yamashita:Black soy beans)
I knew black soy beans is good ones health.
And it meaning まめに働く.I thought Japanese like a joke from the old days.

(Zyuri Kawasaki:Kurikinton)
Kurikinton write 栗金団 in kanji.And kurikinton is yellow.
So I thought it is good fortune with money.
I was surprised to hear that kurigaki.I want to eat it.

(Nana Hirota:KOUHAKUNAMASU)
kouhakunamasu means 平和と平穏.
I thought white and red has a lot of meanings.
I was suprised that good recipe is one part carrot  to ten part Japanese white radish!

(Mayu Sugimoto:DATEMAKI)
I don`t have eat DATEMAKI.But it made NAGASAKI.
I want to go to NAGASAKI and eat it.
It meaning culuture so it looks like a scroll.I was interesting.

(Ikumi Hadano:KOBUMAKI)
I thought KOBUMAKI is necessary for new year dishies.
But I don`t like it.But she speak it is good one`s health.
I want to eat it from now on.
